Qigong — Auditorium, Wednesdays, begins Nov. 4, 5:30-6:30 p.m. 12 classes — $180 ($15 each class). Learn to circulate and direct your Qi or energy toward calming your heart-mind. All ages and skill levels welcome.

Ballroom Dance — Thursdays, 7:30-9 p.m. $12/month for members; non-members: $15/month.

Hula — Wednesdays 6-7:30 p.m. (Beginning); Thursdays 6-7:30 p.m. (Adults); Saturdays 9-10 a.m. (Keiki), 10-11 a.m. (Intermediate Keiki), 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (Kupuna), 12:30-2 p.m. (Adults). Fees: $30/month members and $40/month nonmembers Adults (Thursdays) and Keiki; $40/$50 month Adults (Saturdays); $60/$80 month Adults (Wednesdays or Thursdays and Saturdays). Learn both Auana (modern) and Kahiko (ancient) hula, and experience anaerobic (lower impact) exercise.

Odori — Mondays 3:30-6:30 p.m. $35/$45 month. Students will develop rhythm, poise, self-confidence and learn kimono etiquette and basic dances. Children and adults are welcome.

Taiko — Monday–Saturday. Call for times. $45/$55 month. Beginning classes focus on drumming fundamentals including: Traditional Japanese Sensei/Gakusei etiquette, proper playing stances and forms and discipline and harmony of mind, body and spirit.

Ballroom Dancing — Beginning/Intermediate, Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m. $3/couple/class.

Hula — Beginning on Mondays, 2-3 p.m.; Intermediate on Tuesdays, 2-3 p.m. $5/class. $1/session building usage for non-senior club members payable to Yu-Ai Kai.

Line Dancing — Thursdays, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. $2/class ($1 senior club members)

Qigong — Wednesdays, Nov. 18-Dec. 9, 10-11:30 a.m. $13 senior rate/$33 non-senior. An internal Chinese meditative practice that often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the body, and enhance one’s health.
