UYEDA, MASAKO, 89, was born to eternal life on Thursday, February 10, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Tomo (Tom) Uyeda, parents Yoshizo and Chiseko Manji, sisters Lillian Manji of Yuba City and Tatsuno Uchiyama of Japan.
She is survived by sons Michael and Jeffery Uyeda and daughter Barbara (Ted) Lim of Sacramento. Grandchildren Ryan Uyeda and Steven (Amy) Lim and great-grandchildren Sherilyn Ward-Vincent, Jada and Bryan Lim. She is also survived by three brothers, Billy T. (Helen) Manji of Yuba City, Robert (Carolyn) Manji of Sacramento and Dr. Harry M. (Claire) Manji of Moraga; four sisters Chiyoe Kobayashi of Sacramento, Grace (Yoichi) Mitsutome of Walnut Creek, June Oga of Lodi and Haruko Manji of Japan. She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
She will always be remembered for her warmth, selflessness, open heart and especially love and devotion of her family.
At her request, a private family service was held at East Lawn Memorial Park in Sacramento. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to the loving and caring staff of Primrose.
