OBITUARY: TERADA, MARILYN MITSUYE, age 72, born October 24, 1938 in Los Angeles, California and passed away on March 2, 2011. Beloved daughter of the late Teruyoshi and Mary Terada.

Dear sister of Minoru (Heidi) Terada and Janis (Gene) Tanaka. Loving aunt to Tracy (Joe) Terada, Martin Terada, Jennifer (Gary) Gacayan and Kirstin Tanaka. Great aunt to Kyle and Kiyone Tanaka-Gacayan. She is survived by many relatives and friends and will be greatly missed.

There will be visitation on Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 12 to 5 p.m. at Lima Family Mortuary 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Marilyn will be interned with her parents at Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery in San Jose.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 566 N. 5th Street San Jose at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her memory to Alzheimer’s Association, American Diabetes Association, or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
