Uyemoto, Teruo (Terry), 96, was born on April 14, 1917 and passed away on April 15, 2013 while a resident at San Francisco Healthy Care. Terry was survived by his wife Sachiye and adult children with first-wife Shizue, who preceded him in death. Together they had four children: son Tetsuki (spouse Eileen, grandson Curtis, great grandson Jordan, and granddaughter Jill); daughter Satomi (who preceded him in death, granddaughter Sherry, who also preceded him in death, great grandsons Justin (spouse Reina) and Nicolaus; granddaughter Lisa, spouse Dean and great grandchildren Mari and Ryan); daughter Michi (grandchildren Jennifer and Malcolm, spouse Tammera, great grandchildren Ryan, Brent, Tessa); and Tada (grandson Patrick). A private memorial service is being arranged.
