MATSUDA, ANTHONY (TONY), 90, born May 11, 1925, passed away peacefully at home on July 19, 2015 with many of his family members by his side. He was a social worker for the City for over 30 years as well as a part time professor at USF. He had a great passion for reading any and all subjects, but most especially history, religion and philosophy. He is survived by wife Noriko, children Diane and Ken (Amy) and best friend Rox, his faithful dachshund. A private celebration of his life will be held at the USF Fromm Institute on 8/9/15 at 1pm.
