The Martinez Historical Society has recently discovered the headstone of Mr. Kichigoro (or Yoshigoro) Nogawa (野川吉五良) in a Martinez, (Calif.) cemetery and is trying to locate his family. He passed away on May 9, 1905 and was from Tononyu village, Oshima county in Yamaguchi prefecture (in Japan).
