Help us raise critically-needed funds, and support our dedicated team!

In addition to publishing 28 bi-weekly community news publications a year — including the Japanese Culture and Cherry Blossom Festivals Guide and the Obon and Summer Festivals Guide — we also produce a number of meaningful annual educational programs such as:

• Films of Remembrance, a showcase of films dedicated to educating the public about the wartime forced relocation and incarceration of the Japanese American community;

• Nikkei Angel Island Pilgrimage, a community pilgrimage to the former Immigration Station designed to honor our immigrant pioneers, reconnect to this forgotten history and conduct family history research.

But in order for us to continue these meaningful community publications and programs, we need your help in helping to raise some critical funding to build capacity and combat the downturn in advertising revenue in recent years.

With your contribution, you will not only help to provide critical bridge funding while we await potential grants, but you can also help us support and retain our staff by contributing to increased salary and healthcare expenses, and help to create a Reserve Fund for future unexpected expenses and financial challenges. After all, the health of our nonprofit organization is only as good as the health of our dedicated and hard-working team.

Please join us in this effort to support the health of our organization, and our staff, by making a tax-exempt contribution today!

Thank you for your support!
