TSUKASAKI, ETSUKO PHYLLIS, 97, passed away on Jan. 2, 2017. Born April 15, 1919, she spent her early years in Concord, CA, as a farmer’s daughter and attended San Jose State College. In 1941 she married the late Dr. Mas G. Tsukasaki. Following Concentration Camp at Topaz, Utah they settled in Berkeley, CA since 1945.

She is survived by her children Clyde, Bruce, Corinne; brother Kin Kanagaki and many nieces and nephews.

Her strength and genuine kindness will be forever missed.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM Sunset View Cemetery, 101 Colusa Ave., El Cerrito CA.
