ISHIZAKI, PAT, wife of the late Joe Ishizaki passed away January 2017.

She resided in San Francisco and is survived by her daughter.

Celebration of life will be held at Halsted N. Gray-Carew & English, 1123 Sutter St. on Sat., March 4th at 11am.
