KAKIUCHI, HIROKO, 101, of San Francisco, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2017 at home under hospice care. She was born in San Leandro, California. Much of her childhood from the age of 3 was spent in Odawara, Japan. She has been a devoted member of Pine United Methodist Church in San Francisco since April of 1965.
Surviving are: son, Ken Kakiuchi; daughter, Michie (Robert) Koga; and grandchildren, Kerry, Tim (Mae) Kakiuchi; Brian and Aaron Koga; great grandchild Kawhi Connor Kakiuchi.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 25th at 11 a.m. at Pine United Methodist Church – 426 – 33rd Ave. San Francisco
