TAKEMORI, HITOSHI “TOM”, 89, passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 18th, surrounded by his family and his loving wife of 63 years, Madge. He most recently resided at the Atria Willlow Glen senior community in San Jose after living 61 years in Livermore, where he retired from the Lawrence Livermore Labs as a mechanical engineer. Hitoshi will be remembered for his irrepressible love of golf as well as for the outdoors where he enjoyed skiing, fishing and camping with his family and the Boy Scouts. He is survived by his wife Madge (Honda), originally from Honolulu, as well as two sons and daughter along with five; grandchildren and one great grandchild. A celebration his life will be conducted on Saturday, 3/31 at 4 PM at the San Jose Buddhist Temple.
