Tomi (Takakuwa) Gyotoku
Sept. 13, 1931 – May 15, 2021
GYOTOKU, TOMI was born on September 13, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 15, 2021 at the age of 89 years old surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband George and her siblings Yoshio, May and Kay. She is survived by her 3 children: Jody (Steve), Gordon, Mark and two grandchildren: Matthew and Eric along with her sister Michi and countless nieces and nephews.
Tomi enjoyed traveling and cruising with her sisters. She looked forward to her visits to the casinos with her daughter and sisters. She was proud of her sons and grandsons and loved her time with them.
Private family burial will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest at the Japanese Cemetery in Colma, CA.
