Larry Sokyo Tiscornia and Kimika Soko Takechi will hold their “Autumn Kaiseki Virtual Cooking Workshop – August 2024” from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Zoom. The menu: “Maguro kizami okraae (marinated raw tuna with chopped okra and wasabi), kuzu tataki with kuda gobo (poached white fish coated in kudzu starch with burdock tubes), yasai no shiraae (vegetables in a flavorful tofu dressing) and corn & edamame steamed rice.
