J-Sei will hold a Saturday Morning Session author event at Berkeley Methodist United Church, 1710 Carleton St. in Berkeley, Calif. from 10:30 a.m. to noon. “Making Home From War: Stories of Japanese American Exile and Resettlement” authors, editor Brian Komei Dempster and production manager Jill Shiraki will speak about this anthology of memoirs, which focuses on the Nikkei post-war resettlement experience.
