UC Berkeley’s Center for Japanese Studies will hold a panel discussion entitled “My Heart is in Okinawa: Everyday Life between Japan and America” from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Institute of East Asian Studies (2223 Fulton, 6th floor), IEAS Conference Room.
