The 15th annual Monterey Park Cherry Blossom Festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, at Barnes Park, 350 South McPherrin Ave., Monterey Park, Calif.
