Organizers will celebrate the completion of the Sacramento Japantown Art Mural from 4 to 5 p.m. at the corner of the Fourth and Capitol Mall in Sacramento, Calif. Learn about the mural project and the lost Sacramento Japantown, meet local artist, Karen Tsugawa and members of Reclaim Sacramento Japantown.
