The Japanese American National Museum, 100 North Central Ave., LA, will hold a DVD release and screening of “Conscience and the Constitution” at 11 a.m. Producer/director Frank Abe will speak about his award-winning film on the largest organized resistance to the World War II incarceration of Japanese Americans. He will be joined by several of the people featured in the film, including one or more of the original resisters.
