Excerpts from five episodes of “Hogoz,” an online comedy series set in a fictional government-run World War II camp, will be screened at the Japanese American National Museum Sunday, April 3, at 369 East First St., Los Angeles, beginning at 2 p.m. The show’s creator/writer John Powers will be available to discuss his series and to answer questions. The series creates a fictional situation based on actual history. “Hogoz” is a fictional version of one of the wartime American concentration camps, but its inmates are mostly Japanese American teenagers and others that the government viewed as troublemakers and separated from their families.Info: (213) 625-0414.
