The Millbrae Japanese Culture Committee will hold its 19th annual Japanese Culture Festival from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Civic Center Plaza at One Library Ave. in Millbrae, Calif. “The festival will include live stage entertainment, delicious food (including beer, wine and sake tasting with food pairing), vendor booths, hands-on crafts, cultural demonstrations and activities for all.”
