The Morgan Hill Buddhist Community Center will host the 52nd annual Haru Matsuri event and the 16th annual Northern California Taiko Expo from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The free event will take place across from the soccer complex at 16450 Murphy Ave., in Morgan Hill, Calif., and will include: cultural and historical displays, martial arts and tai chi demonstrations, Asian cuisine and taiko. Displays that pay tribute to World War II Nisei veterans will be exhibited. The main free parking area is accessible at the intersection of Murphy and Barrett Avenues.
