Nihonmachi Little Friends will celebrate its 48th anniversary from 5 to 7 p.m. with a buffet dinner and program at its 1830 Sutter St. facility in S.F.’s Japantown. The organization will honor former executive director Cathy Inamasu also introduce its new executive director, Dawn Mokuau. We Be Sushi will provide the sushi.
