The 11th annual ‘A Chef’s Delight,’ a food and wine tasting festival fundraiser for the new Wa Sung Community Center and the co-beneficiary, the Oakland Asian Cultural Center, will be held at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center, Pacific Renaissance Plaza, 388 Ninth St., Suite 290, Oakland, Calif. The event will include demonstrations on the art of noodle making and vegetable carving. Doors will open at 2 p.m. to VIPs and at 3 p.m. to all other participants.
