Community Health for Asian Americans (CHAA) and the Oakland Pacific Islander Health and Wellness Fair Committee will hold its third annual Health and Wellness Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Laurel United Methodist Church, 3525 Kansas St. Oakland, Calif.
