The Diablo Valley chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League and the Roosmoor JA Club will hold a Texas Hold ‘Em style-tournament from 2 to 6 p.m. at Rossmoor Creekside Rooms 1 & 2, 1010 Stanley Dollar Drive, Walnut Creek, Calif.
