J-Sei will hold its 21st annual Crab Feed at the El Cerrito Community Center at 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito, Calif. A short entertainment piece will honor Frank and Amy Eto and Ruby Okazaki for their contributions to J-Sei and the community. The event will begin at 4 p.m. for the first seating and a second seating beginning at 5:30 p.m. A raffle drawing for $500 will also be held.
