J-Sei Home “for older adults” will hold an open house for the community at 24954 Cypress Ave. in Hayward, Calif. at 1:30 p.m. A program will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. California Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi will present the Home with a proclamation.
