The SF JACL will sponsor National AIDS Memorial Grove Workday at the Grove, located behind the tennis courts in Golden Gate Park in SF. Volunteers should meet at 9 a.m. The work will conclude at noon, and usually includes weeding, removing other debris and planting new plants. Tools and working gloves will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own garden gloves. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and run until noon.
