The second annual Sonoma County Matsuri Festival will take place in Juilliard Park (227 Santa Rosa Ave.) and the South A St. Arts District, Santa Rosa of downtown Santa Rosa, Calif. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free festival will feature Japanese traditional arts, taiko, traditional dancing and singing, Kyogen theater performances and martial arts demonstrations. Activities for children will include traditional storytelling, calligraphy, origami and kabuki face painting. Food court will feature Japanese delicacies from Bay Area restaurants and food vendors.
