J-Sei will hold a lecture entitled “Emotional Health: The Untold Story” at the Berkeley Methodist United Church, 1710 Carleton St. in Berkeley. The topics will include the identification and treatment of emotional and temperamental changes as individuals age and involve a discussion of prevalence and stigmas related to mental health issues. The speakers will be the Rev. Michael Yoshii, Buena Vista United Methodist Church pastor and Luana Shiba-Harris, director of outpatient services at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center.
