The Oakland Fukuoka Sister City Association will hold a wine tasting fundraiser from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Cerruti Cellars, in Jack London Square, 100 Webster St., Suite 100, Oakland, Calif. Funds will benefit the festivities planned for the 50th anniversary as sister cities, which will take place in 2012. Tickets to the event are $18 per person and $35 a pair in advance, or $25 per person at the door. There will be a silent auction, as well as art and wine on hand to purchase.
