The Lake Park United Methodist Church, 281 Santa Clara Ave., Oakland, Calif., at 9:30 a.m., will offer a presentation, “Reframe Our Stress.” This session will review the body’s physiological responses to stress. Guest speakers will explain how to deal with or avoid potentially stressful situations. Speakers will include Linda Haniu-Hannigan, Clinical Health Psychologist of the Berkeley Police Dept., and Mackenzie Stewart, Crisis Support Services. Info: (510) 444-7262.
