The Oregon Nikkei Endowment, 121 NW 2nd Ave, Portland, Ore., will hold a “Hapa Diversity Workshop” at 5 p.m. The free workshop, facilitated by Dr. Linda Isako Angst, a cultural anthropologist of Japan, is part of the “Kip Fulbeck part asian, 100% hapa exhibition.” Participants will be asked to think about, and then reassess their assumptions about themselves, and stereotypes created about others.
