The Oregon Nikkei Endowment will hold its “Sweetheart Swing Dance” in Old Town Portland’s Star Theatre“Sweetheart Swing Dance” , 13 NW Sixth Ave., Portland, Ore. from 7 to 10 p.m. The Minidoka Swing Band will perform.
