Yukiko Zinke will host the “Ramen and Gyoza Cooking Workshop – September” from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California at 1840 Sutter St. in S.F.’s Japantown. Cost: $105 JCCCNC members; $125 general public. Learn how to make ramen noodles, vegetarian-friendly soy miso ramen broth and gyoza dumpling filling from scratch.
