Nikkei Dogs and Musubi Dinner + Free Bingo at the Buddhist Church of Florin, 7235 Pritchard Road in Sacramento, Calif. — off of Florin Road, 2.4 miles east of Highway 99. Sample a dozen Japanese toppings on Japanese style hot dogs and musubi (seasoned rice balls) “all you can eat.” Toppings include: teriyaki, wasabi, miso, tonkatsu, furikake, nori, daikon, kim chi, red ginger, sesame seed, as well as the “classic” condiments, plus cupcakes, salad, drinks, raffle and games.
