A free lecture entitled “The Aftermath of Executive Order 9066” will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church hall, 14103, Saratoga Ave., Saratoga, Calif. Joe Yasutake will give a presentation covering the event. Art and Aki Okuno will talk about their memories of their wartime incarceration. The event is free and open to the public.
