Abeya Tsugaru-Shamisen Performance Ensemble will perform at 4:30 p.m. at the Cowell Theater, Fort Mason Center, Landmark Bldg. A, Marina and Buchannan, S.F., during their tour of the U.S. They will commemorate the centennial anniversary of Japan’s gift of 3,000 cherry blossom trees to the United States as symbol of friendship between the two countries.
