The Society for Asian Art presents the Arts of Asia Lecture Series Spring 2011— “Asian Traditions: Connections and Innovations.” Topics are as varied as Asian contemporary art, Indian Buddhist ruins, Korean portrait practices, exploration of the Han capital of Chang‘an, Japanese tea treasures, Dutch connections from Vermeer to Bali, and contemporary Timurid art from Central Asia.
