There will be a preview of the 2011 Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival Queen candidates from noon to 2 p.m. at the Union Bank Hospitality Room, located at 1675 Post St., in San Francisco’s Japantown. The annual festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 9 and 10 and Saturday and Sunday, April 16 and 17. The Queen Program will be held Saturday, April 9 at Sundance Kabuki Cinemas, also in SF’s Japantown, 1881 Post St.
