Community members will hold the “Congressional Gold Medal – Northern California Regional Tribute” at 11:30 a.m. at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California, 1840 Sutter St. in S.F.’s Japantown for the veterans, widows and their families who were not able to attend the Congressional Gold Medal ceremony in Washington, D.C. in November.
