SF: “Farewell to Manzanar” screening and All-You-Can-Eat Curry Dinner

Boy Scout Troop 58 will hold an All-You-Can-Eat Curry Dinner and screening of “Farewell to Manzanar” at the Konko Church located at 1909 Bush St. in S.F.’s Japantown. The film will be shown at 3 p.m. Curbside pick-up will be available on Laguna Street from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Attendees can dine-in at the church from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The all-you-can-eat dinner includes chicken curry, rice, homemade pickles and a beverage. Vendors will sell homemade baked goods, drinks and Troop 58 merchandise. The proceeds will be used to fund the troop’s trip to Japan in August 2013.
