SF: Hideki Noh’s noh paintings display

Hideki Noh’s noh paintings will be on display at Yoshi’s Jazz Club and Japanese Restaurant in San Francisco, 1330 Fillmore St., beginning, at noon. These paintings will be up for bid in a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will go toward promoting Japanese classical theatrical art throughout the U.S, to Friends of Hibakusha, and to the Japanese Red Cross to the victims of earthquakes and tsunami. The afternoon’s exhibition will include commentary on the paintings by Masayuki Fuji, a kyogen demonstration by the Theater of Yugen and choral music by the San Francisco Forest Choir.
