The Japan Society of Northern California will hold part II of its annual “Japan: The Year Ahead” program. The event, which will be held at the Union Bank, 400 California St., S.F at 5:30 p.m., will focus on how Japan can reposition and revitalize itself following the disaster of March 11, 2011, and the new sense of national purpose that arose in its wake.
