SF: Japantown New Year’s celebration

The San Francisco Japantown Foundation will hold a New Year’s celebration from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at New People, located at 1746 Post St. in S.F.’s Japantown. Traditional Japanese New Year’s cuisine and sake will be served. at the fundraiser Cost starts at $150. Sponsorships are available. RSVP by Friday, Dec. 16.
