The Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California will hold its annual “Kodomo no Hi Kimono Dressing” for children at 1840 Sutter St. in S.F.’s Japantown. Saturday shifts will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday shifts will be held from 4:30 to 7:15 p.m. Hair and make-up are not included in the kimono dressing.
