San Francisco’s literary festival, Litquake will present “The Fighter and The Writer,” to award poet, publisher, novelist and dramatist Ishmael Reed with The Barbary Coast Award. Music and live readings and performances featuring Japanese bicultural writer Yuri Kageyama and others.
