Military Intelligence Service (MIS) Historic Learning Center groundbreaking ceremony, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at 640 Mason St. in the Presidio of SF. Event will feature Consul General of Japan in San Francisco Hiroshi Inomata, keynote by Col. Thomas T. Sakamoto (retired) of the first class at the Presidio, an update on the Donor Wall and Congressional Gold Medal ceremony and taiko by Melody Takata of Genryu Arts.
