SF: Northern California Soy and Tofu Festival

The Nichi Bei Foundation will sponsor the Northern California Soy and Tofu Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in SF Japantown’s Peace Plaza. The fundraiser for the nonprofit, which publishes the Nichi Bei Weekly, will feature a Tofu Dessert Competition, soy and tofu vendors, soy education, live performances, free samples and raffle prizes.
