The Rosa Parks Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program (JBBP) will hold its 2011 Auction Fundraiser, entitled “Building Bridges,” at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California, located at 1840 Sutter St. in SF’s Japantown. Tickets cost $25 in advance or $35 at the door. Doors will open at 6 p.m. A silent auction will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. During this time, hors d’oeuvres will be served, and there will be a no-host bar. The live art auction, jan ken po survivor game and raffle will be held from 8:30 to 10 p.m. The raffle prizes include: Apple 32 GB iPad, Nintendo Wii Bundle (not available at stores), a Flip 4G Ultra HD video camera and Kindle 3G + WiFi.
